In 1994 an organization was formed under the name Arkansas Hunter Education Benefit Program.
It's purpose was to raise funds to purchase training materials for the Hunter Education Instructors.

In 1996 after two successful years, the name was changed to the Arkansas Hunter Education Association.
A Board of Directors consisting of hunter education instructors from various parts of the state were selected to serve on the board.
The association headquarters is located in Enola, Arkansas.
Membership was formed and is open to anyone statewide.
The board meets monthly.

By joining the association you will be eligible to use any materials that the association might have in stock.
We have TV-VCRs, training tapes, decoys, and the BB trailers.
